Thanks. How about installing a system from a 91 in my 90. Anyone done this?

A new evaporator will be tricky and unnecessary. And as far as an expansion tube vs. valve, I think in all '91's the tube was used. Not sure, but it might be the same in the '90? I think a new tube is definitely the way to go while the system is open.
