check engine S90-V90

I've had the check engine light on for a little bit now. The car runs fine but might use fuel faster. I haven't had time to get it scanned. Any ideas? I'm thinking an O2 sensor, the car has about 110 000 miles and as far as I know it has never been replaced. I did have a slight stumble that was caused by a dirty throttle body that was cleaned.
