Good afternoon.
Today I got the trouble shooting diagram for the breakerless ignition system. When I checked the impulse sender resistance, there was no resistance! Manual says it should be 540-660 ohms at 75F. Does this mean the Hall sensor died? Should I get a new one from Volvo, or replace the distributer completely? I don't know the labor involved with tearing down the dizzy and rebuilding it.
