Adjustable valves? 700 1991

OK I have had a clicking coming from the engine compartment since I purchased the car. I Found a exhast leak and fixed it but shes still clicking. Im thinking adjustable valve train that need adjusting. If this is the case please walk me thru the proper way to adjust them. I have adjusted rockers before but want to make sure for the volvo.
