Pertronix install question 140-160 1973

I had that same problem. Initially absolutely no response. I turned the distributor about a quarter turn one way, then tried. Then a quarter turn from zero in the opposite direction, and there was a faint attempt from the motor to start. Then a little more until it started. Once it's running, the fine tuning is easy.
