The front line on your FPR is a vacuum line and should be perfectly dry. Start the car and run it a minute. Then shut off the car. With the car OFF, pull that line and see if it's wet with fuel. If it is, you need a new FPR. The reason I tell you to pull it off while the engine is off is because if your FPR is leaking badly, fuel might come shooting out of there and cause a fire if it hits the wrong thing. Always have an extinguisher handy. ;)
