If they're the 16-inch wheels from a 90 740T or a 91-95 940T then yes, they'll fit. That's the correct size for the car.

If the wheels came from a 94-up 850T or a 95-up 960, then no, they're the right bolt pattern, but wrong offset. The tires would work fine on the 16inch RWD wheels.
