GREETINGS FROM FINLAND!
I:ll presume, that your 7 has LE 2.4 Jetronic. We have had some problems here also, specially Canadian export models. We chance coil, injection-box, don,t help. Fuel pump started,when you disconnetcted it in the relay consol. Broblem was there in relay bottom and wires. Try check those. Hope it helps.
