Actually, the B230 is the latest iteration of the overhead cam, "red block" engines, from B21F to B23F to B230F (plus some turbo variants). But the catch in your plans is that they were once carbureted -- the answer is, not in this country.

Here in the U.S. market, Volvo switched over all their models to fuel injection back in '70 or '71, if memory serves, and that's before this engine family was "born" -- back then, at the changeover, we still had a pushrod family of somewhat different engine blocks, B16, B18, B20 and (my favorite) a B30. Although they are carbureted up to the aforementioned date(s), you won't find anything useful from them to bolt on. So in this country, these engines have always been fuel injected.

Only in some foreign countries might you find some carburetor components -- but they still won't help you get over the emissions testing problem.
