engine noise when coasting 120-130

I wanted to throw this question out to you all:

Following a bit of work yesterday (I had two engine mounts replaced and all the exhaust rubbers replaced), there is now a noticeably harsher note to the acceleration and the car makes more engine noise when coasting, that uuu-uuu-uuu noise characteristic of cars like Morris Minors etc, when you take your foot off the gas and coast. The car never used to make undue noise in this situation.

Has the work done brought on this extra noise and can I have something adjusted to lessen it. It's kind of ruining town driving which is at least 50% coasting. Thanks a lot,
