engine noise when coasting 120-130

Problem is none of the work done was to the engine. Perhaps when you replaced the rubber rings a small crack in the exhaust system appeared - hard to see but easy to hear...especially with back pressure created by "coasting".
Did you try coasting down a hill with the engine off?
