Still having problems with headlights 200 1988

If the lights only work with the high-beam flash-to-pass function held in, then your headlight relay (on the floor, in front of brake pedal) is not working. You've lost the power feed to the big headlight relay up front. That's just the high/low beam switching relay. The power from it comes from the system relay.
