Sounds like a bent rim ..... The way to finally diagnose it is to find a tire shop that uses "Ground Force Balancing" This will tell you if it is tire or rim problems.... even found that the dirt that had accumulated on the mounting surface of my Shelby American Aluminum rims was causing me problems ... well worth the cost .
