Thanks Jim for the help! :) The t-stat is working properly, the coolant level is right where it should be, the water pump is working properly, the fan is working well, the plugs are fine, and no vacuum leaks. I will report back when I have some (good) news to report :) Have a most wonderful Tuesday one and all :)
