That happened on my 1983 245 GL. Your 1992 may be different.
The pumps can be removed from the tank using a straight upward pull. The tubes carrying fluid from the tank to the pumps will drain the tank, unless you do something. I found a windshield washer tube fitting, a coupler, and connected the two tubes to each other. Carefully disconnect the wiring harnesses.
Work on the pumps on your bench. Take them apart carefully. You will see clogging stuff, minerals, who-knows-what glop in there. I carefully cleaned things up, reconnected, and - wow - they worked.
Those pumps seemed to be the same for many years. If yours still don't work, get a few from a junkyard, clean them up, and keep trying.
