overheating problem 200

Have you determined that the car is actually overheating? Are you familiar with the temperature compensation boards that are notorious for giving varying and false readings on the temperature gauge?

If you are not sure the car is actually overheating the comp board could be the source of your intermittent high readings. Best fix is to simply remove the board and install a jumper wire as indicated in the images below.
