I just got really, really lucky when I bought a junk yard M41 for my PV. The flange on my more modern M41 matched perfectly up to the driveshaft of the PV. Got to be a pretty low percentage thing to happen.
If you are using my old 1800's trans and rear axle, then the front section of the driveshaft should (*should*) be the right length, but the rear section would need to be lengthened some certain amount (1800's were shorter than 122/140's were, the distance missing in the rear section AFAIK). Then if you have one of those weak pin/rubber grommet center support bearings in your wagon, chop out that thing and just drill two holes to bolt in the support bracket for the later style doughnut center support. I did this years ago on my '63 122 with a 142E driveshaft, I just had to trim the top of the doughnut a little to fit.
