I-shaft is the killer - oil pump. Bottom end bearings are likely shot.

Sell to a local vocational/high school for a what-not-to-do example, let them work on it. Price = same as the cost of hauling it off, assuming no one needs another boat anchor.

The donor car and the used engine need to be similar if not exactly the same. Both B23F or B230F. Changing engines across the 1985/1986 line has a lot more things to do than swapping a B230F for the same.
