Larry,
Thanks for the kind remark. I liked the way Freeport was 30 years ago - a nice shoe-town with LL.Bean over the post office. Now the town is one big shopping mall for tourists. To try to get to the post office or bank in summer takes super-human patience, and property taxes are through the roof and rising, but the Town Manager and Council love the "progress", and Lee Gorman figures it's good for business. So who am I to argue?
