Not sure if it would fit, but you might check and see if the entire front cross member might fit the 544. It would save a LOT of work, and I think there is a pretty good chance it would. I think the passanger side pitman arm mounts on the crossmember, where the 544 mounts on the frame, but that shouldn't present a problem-just stay with the 544 set up. Hope you get more suggestions and someone corrects me if I'm wrong. Also, would it have an O/D transmission? Good Luck
