Removing intake manifold, replacing engine wiring harness 200 1984


Hi,

No need to drain the cooling system unless you want to replace the heater hoses while you're in there. It's much easier to replace them with the intake manifold removed. Also, just unbolt the manifold and pull it back by the driver's side strut tower. No need to completely remove it.

There's no special way to reconnect the fuel injector wire plugs. They're batch fire so it doesn't matter.
