Thanks so much for the fuse advice. I pulled it out and the car has started every day, including when it sat over two nights. I think you hit the problem. Would it be possible to put the fuse back and manually disconnect the powerlocks and the dome light? That way the clock will work. In the meanwhile I will leave it as is. I am so happy that it works. Many thanks again.
