they're all slow! New ones are faster than the older ones used to be, believe it or not. We used to make fun of my friend's 75 164, back in 1986/87 for how slooooooww the windows were...
Lubing the "tuning forks" the sliders for the pivot points of the windows, with either white lithium grease or silicone grease, will help a bit. Cleaning all the contacts inside the power window switches will help for sure. And cleaning up all related fuses will be a big plus.
If you're opening up the door panels, you should check that the regulator is tight, and then with the window partway down, adjust the mechanism forward and back until it seems to work best. I've found many doors chewed up around the motor mount holes, or in the regulator pivots, because something is loose or came unclipped.
