Battery draining problems 200 1989

The charging voltage should remain at 13.4 to 13.8 with EVERYTHING turned on, or at least all the normally used accessories and lights.

A no-load test does not tell real world performance and can often be passed with a loose belt or open diode. Adding the normal load would show what's really happening.
