Hi. I found your earlier post -- here. Well, considering you've covered so much already, it makes me think that maybe you should consider the AMM. Usually a bad AMM makes a poor idle (which improves when you try the car with the AMM disconnected, a typical diagnostic test), but when all else fails, see what happens to your idle. Maybe you don't realize that the idle could be better.
Don't try to drive it with the AMM disconnected, though, as it won't do very well -- this test is only at idle.
