So what you're saying, John, is you're not happy with your decision, and instead of taking it up with someone who can make it right or explain it to you, you're going to vent your frustration in general terms in front of FCP's customers, like the guy with the lemon outside the dealership.
No worry, everyone here knows FCP has a reputation for customer satisfaction that will survive your silly complaining about a dryer that is lighter than the wet one it is replacing! What a crock. Wish there was some way to just shunt you over to the Opinions forum where this belongs.
