Another poor fitting FCP Groton Part

I'd say the answer here is to post the complaint and the full story after you have given the vendor the chance to make things right. I, too, have had an issue or two with FCP, but they have always corrected it quickly and with no added shipping charge. That of course doesn't pay me back for the lost time and frustration, but the alternative is to go the Genuine Volvo($$) route.

I've tried many different internet/mail order suppliers (including IPD) and found that higher price does not equal consistently higher performance - they all goof up from time to time. But - with the exception of IPD - they don't all match FCP's commendable response to goof-ups.
