240 Overheating

Take a flashlight and make sure the radiator is clear- look through the fins from inside. If partly blocked, try blowing it out with a garden hose or pressurized air.

If you can't get at the blockage easily you may need to remove the grille, or loosen the whole radiator and tilt it back.

If it's clear, it could be a stuck thermostat, or in many 240's, the temperature compensation board inside the instrument cluster.
