Don't know anything about that product, but I wonder if a Pertronix Ignitor will work in the B16 distributer.
I have an extra from a B20 that I suppose I should try. Granted, I would have to modify the armored cable, but that is nothing that hasn't been delt with before like in a 122.
Maybe someone else has?
