B230F Running problems 200

I had a look in the air box and found that the hot air flap was in the full heat position (it was at least 25degC when i checked it). Maybe running with all the hot air has prematurely damaged the AMM as it's only started doing this in the last few weeks which has been as hot as 35degC so the intake temp with be incedibly high which would explain why it feels so flat to drive.

Will check the rest today and I'm changing the O2 sensor because sometimes it stops responding to mixture changes so I think its on the way out anyway
