Okay maybe they are aluminum? They do have factory paint which is absolutely insanely difficult to sand off... I'll give the chemical stuff a shot, I'll also drop by Green's Automotive, they're a wheel shop in the Lower Mainland that is one of the best wheel repair places in prolly North America. They kick some serious ass. They told me on the phone repairing aluminum wheels can cost around $150 canadian per wheel to fix.... steel or alloys = around $50 a pop.
Im going to look for pics of these wheels..
* there they are mounted on a wagon with too big ah tires.
