voltage regulator? S90-V90

When depressing brake pedal, I can see the headlights briefly flicker. Also, aux air pump engagement in the AM causes the cd player to pause. Sounds like a voltage regulation issue. No CEL or other warning lights.

Initial though was alternator's voltage regulator, other opinions?
