When I do the stock TABs I press them in from the center of the axle outward. So If you bought the Sleeves for your Poly's I would do the same. After it is preessed in, The tapered end should be closest to the tires.

Many people do not buy separate sleeves, they cut and burn the beat up rubber of the Stock TABs and push the Poly's into those.
