Storing tires over the summer / winter

This is just my opinion.

When I winterize my boat, I pull off the Tires fron the trailer. I deflate them to about 15 lbs. I do wash them and put some 'Tire-Black / Amour All equiv. on them.

Then they go down in the basement. Just keeping them out of the sun and weather has to help.
