They are all tough Especially if they were never done. The Volvo Undercoating all over them glues them in pretty good.
The trailing arms that are attached to the rear axle are the worst because they are attached to the rear axle and you can't jack ass the whole axle to the workbench AND because each Bushing fits between two 'thin' pieces of metal that will bend easily without making a tool. You can drill and collapse the old ones to get them out BUT you have to put the new ones back in.
If you have air tools ( an impact hammer), the others will come out easily. But you need a few large sockets that are the same size as the Bushings so you can bang the new ones back in. The socket must be large enough for the outside of the bushing you cannot use the center metal or the Rubber itself to bang them in. You will destroy the bushing befor eit got reinstalled.
I suggest freezing the new Bushings the night before you do the job. They will shrink a bit. You'd be surprised how much it helps.
