I think that is the hard way, since all the wires are going to be mighty
close to zero resistance. I'd start by looking at it first and then if you
don't see anything obvious (but I bet you will!) take all the bulbs out and
THEN check the wires with an ohmmeter. The one that gives continuity is most
likely the shorted one.
