740 Cold Start Problems -- Check for 3-2-1 OBD code 700 1990

Read out the OBD codes (See the 700/900 FAQ for procedure).

Post back with any codes you get. But specifically, look for a 3-2-1.
If you get a 3-2-1 that comes right back after clearing the codes again, that's a sign that a 1990 COLD Starting TSB has been installed.

NOTE: When codes have been cleared, turn the key off, then on again to see if the 3-2-1 stays cleared or comes back.

If you don't get the 3-2-1 in the first place, that means the TSB has NOT been installed, and I can give you more info on it when you post back.
