Light switch 200 1983

Hi Todd,

Just the opposite. The switch has spade terminals on the back of its housing; the harness sports a socket that attaches to it. Because the switch contacts and the crimps on the socket terminals pass a lot of current to run the headlights, they tend to oxidize and heat up. So you may have to replace the socket as well as the switch to effect a complete repair.
