I think you have a very unhappy crank sensor, and it's on it's last legs.

Replace it immediately before your intermittent stall turns into a $150 towing bill. The part you need is 271949 and they're $30-ish from FCP Groton, or $40-ish from your dealer. It lives in a difficult spot right on top of the transmission bell housing.
