...certainly not you!

You could solder the wires together, and that would be fine...its just that with those big lugs on there, on two of the three wires, a bolt of the same size as that on the solenoid makes it even simpler (just add the [new] third wire)...it would just need to be isolated from all else, hence the term isolated stud...

...now charge well and go in peace!
