Referencing the Bentley manual, the rear exterior lenses and interior bulb holders appear to be one piece. I find that hard to believe, but it's cold enough here that I won't run out and check it just now.

If that's the case, though, you'll need to go to the boneyard and find a new one, or get one off the 'net.
