AW71 not working DO I NEED SOLENOID

Now we are talking for $40 I'll try anything as I already spend $500 over time on this problem, with new relays, new (not used) Volvo solenoid, professional flushes, etc.

Buy the "OD blockoff plate" from IPD, a $39.95 quick-fix, which will work well if the problem is electrical or in the solenoid itself (they do plug up internally).

Tell me more about this IPD I see it mentioned quite often in regards to stabilizers/struts, wheels etc.
