Overcharging problem 700

Normally it's sound advice to make sure of the cause before you replace parts, but this issue could result in a fried AMM or ECU or stereo unit, etc. Big $$$. Electronics don't tolerate overvoltage well. Probably good insurance to replace the voltage regulator ($40?) right away.
