Can't find the thread 140-160

Not sure how to do this - maybe someone else can advise?
The comment in the part that I printed out shows 3 flanges from an 84 240 with an M46 gb,a 69 142 and a 75 M40. It is stated that the one from the 69 142 would fit the 122 when putting a J type into it.
I recently sold a J type M41 to a guy here in Oz and this was going into a late 122S and in fact fitted without modification.
