Good evening all. I've been busy working on the proper "reassembly order" for my 1958 444. This will be used once I get the body back from the shop, hopefully within the month. The draft list is below. It is fairly rough and I am sure I am missing many items but I thought I'd throw it out there to you experts to review. I'd love to get any hints, tips, etc. on the order and if I should install anything differently - before or after other items. Any help and discussion would be greatly appreciated.

Draft 444 Reassembly Order

1. Front suspension cross member (complete) to frame
2. Track rod to lower control arms and frame
3. Steering gear box to frame
4. Steering rods to control arms and steering gear box
5. Brake master cylinder, brake lines
6. Propeller shaft to differential housing
7. Engine (complete) with transmission to cross member, prop shaft, frame
8. Fuel tank
9. Exhaust system
10. Handbrake and cable
11. Complete wiring harness
12. Foot dimmer switch and housing
13. Brake, clutch and throttle linkage components
14. Wheel housing plating (engine compartment)
15. Engine protector plates – left, right and forward
16. Front end (nose)
17. Radiator
18. Engine compartment electrical components; fuse box, coil, charging relay, horns, etc.
19. Heater components
20. Engine cooling system hoses
21. Sound deadening paper
22. Floor covering – rubber mats
23. Dash instruments
24. Headliner, sun visors, interior light
25. Rear interior side panels, armrests
26. Rear seats
27. Front and rear window seals and windshields
28. Rear vent window seals and windows
29. Wiper system, washer system
30. Front seat rails, front seats
31. Steering wheel housing, steering wheel
32. Gear shift lever
33. Rear fenders, front fenders
34. Headlights, tail lights
35. Trunk, hood seals
36. Doors, trunk lid, engine lid
37. Front door panels
38. Floor mats
39. Wheels and tires
40. Mud flaps
41. Bumper brackets & bumpers
