HI!

YES! Same engine, strip out the marine exquipment flush the coolant system, if it has been used only water, you can use the oil cooler, if you want. Those have steel cam gears, and them are build more care, don`t need blueprinting. Specks you all ready get. Only distributor you can chanced ex: B-20B, or E , if you need a vacuum adjust. Penta`s don`t need it, those using rpm`s are over vacuums working area. The flywheel is same, and has not worn by clutch. BTW: I have PENTA 151 in my own "Black Devil"
