Paint Advice 120-130

I've been researching paint as I plan on shooting it myself. If I get cold feet about final finish I figure at least I'll know something about what is being used.

PPG Omni, DuPont Nason, Montana System 22, are what I am considering. Kirker is another option, less reputable but very economical.

Only thing I have to add is be careful with the isocyanates. (urethanes) Much better paints but they can cause real damage to the lungs. Nothing to fool around with and much more dangerous than older type paint where all you had worry about was the VOC's.

A regular organic cartridge respirator won't do, correct cartridge to handle ISO's at least.

You may know this but just wanted to give a heads up, hard to have fun in the Volvo dragging an oxygen tank around.

Good luck,

Mario E.
