The 240 ones do exactly that, pretty much anyway. When I put one on my '68 along with a flat momo wheel, it moved the wheel towards the seat at least 1", not sure how much.
You have to make some sort of spacer thing that goes between the hub and the steering column to get the wheel to not move around a little bit. I drove around without any sort of spacer and you can wiggle the steering wheel up and down/side to side a little bit. The splines aren't a perfect fit, I think they have a different taper or something, but it works.

I don't have an installed picture, but that's what I used. Had it on there for over a year, and still would, but I thought I was selling the car for a while so I have a 4spoke big wheel on it.
