Thanks for the input people, but I think I have a solution. I had a Momo hub for a 240 sitting around, I tried it, and it acutally goes on tight with no wobbling. I've taken the 3 bolt wheel, and very carefully marked and drilled 6 holes to bolt it to the Momo hub. It seem to be working without any complications. Tonight, I'll have Dad sit in the car (since it's you know, his race car) and see if it puts the wheel close enough to the seat to be comforable. Should be good!
