B20 head gasket change

Most guys say it is a bad deal because the combustion chamber is too small
making the compression ratio too high, and also the exhaust doesn't breathe
well enough. Additionally the B18 valvestem seals are pretty ineffective
since they are above the retainers and keepers, rather than on the valve guide
where they belong and can do some good.
Are you sure that you have the original block/head pair? I've seen some pretty
odd cobbled combinations over the years.
